Newz Fast, New Delhi: Suryakumar Yadav's unbeaten 68 and Kohli's 59 not out helped India reach the Super Four round of the Asia Cup 2022 after beating Hong Kong by 40 runs at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium here.

India's star cricketer Virat Kohli lauded stylish batsman Suryakumar Yadav for his match-winning 'special innings' against Hong Kong in the ongoing Asia Cup on Wednesday.

Suryakumar Yadav's 68 not out and Kohli's 59 not out helped India reach the Super Four round of the Asia Cup 2022 after beating Hong Kong by 40 runs at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium here.

Kohli praised fiercely
After Suryakumar's blazing innings, Kohli bowed down in front of the batsman. After India's win, Kohli again lauded Suryakumar as he posted a picture with 'Sky' on the home social media, Ku app.

Kohli said on the Ku app, 'Great victory for the Indian team. We will win such a team. Meanwhile, Suryakumar was completely taken aback by Kohli's gesture on the field.

KL Rahul worried about form
India's opener KL Rahul scored 36 runs in 39 balls, however, his two sixes showed that he is not in his poor form yet. KL Rahul also posted his picture on Ku app after India's victory.

India beat Hong Kong in all formats and also became the second team to qualify for the Super Four. Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will face each other in a Group B match on Thursday and the winner will secure a spot in the Super Four stage.

Team India in Super-4
Team India defeated Hong Kong by 40 runs in their second match of the Asia Cup. After washing Pakistan in the first match, Team India has qualified for Super-4 after two consecutive wins.

Team India is considered to be the biggest contender to win the Asia Cup. Now in the next match on Sunday, the Indian team can once again face Pakistan. But before that Pakistan will have to win against Hong Kong.
