XUV 400 is going to be launched in India soon, know the features of the car

Newz Fast, New Delhi: Mahindra XUV400 is going to be launched in India soon. This car can compete directly with the Tata Nexon EV Prime and Nexon EV Max. The concept SUV of this Mahindra car is going to be eXUV300. This concept has been showcased earlier at Auto Expo 2020.

Mahindra has made some important changes in this electric SUV. It gets updated exteriors and interiors to make it stand out from the XUV300.

Customers will be able to take a test drive of the XUV400 in December 2022. Also its price. The launch announcement and booking will take place in January 2023. The deliveries of this SUV will start from the end of January next year.

In the first stage, Mahindra-XUV400 will be launched in 16 cities namely Delhi, NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Goa, Jaipur, Surat, Nagpur, Trivandrum, Nashik, Chandigarh and Kochi.

Battery Details
The Mahindra XUV400 will come with a battery capacity of 39.4 kWh and the battery pack is IP67 water and dust resistant. It has a chiller and heater for the battery.

Its battery manufacturing will be in India only. The company claims that it will take 50 minutes to charge the battery up to 80 percent with its 50 kWh DC fast charger.

Apart from this, charging the battery on a 7.2 kW/32A outlet takes 6 hours and 30 minutes. Apart from this, it usually takes 13 hours to fully charge the battery on the standard 3.3kW/16A domestic socket.

Speed ​​to 100 in 8.3 seconds
This vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 8.3 seconds. Its PSM electric motor can produce a maximum power of 147 hp and peak torque of 310 Nm.

The XUV400 can achieve a top speed of 150 kmph. It gets three driving modes – Throttle Response, Region Response and Steering Feel.
