D.El.Ed/Special D.Ed/B.Ed courses are included in the candidates appearing for the session 2020-2022 as the board has notified a total of 11765 vacancies.

WBBPE Primary Teacher Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have minimum educational qualification as prescribed by NCTE.
TET-qualified candidates who are going through D.El.Ed/D.Ed (Special Education)/B.Ed Training Part 1 Exam (2020-2022)

WB TET Qualified

The minimum age of the candidates is 18 years and the maximum age is 40 years.
The selection committee will call all the eligible candidates for interview and test. It will prepare the state wise merit list.
