TVS Raider 125: TVS's luxurious and affordable bike being launched, Splendor-Pulsar's tension will increase

Newz Fast, New Delhi: If you are planning to buy a new bike then there is important news for you. Let us tell you that the popular bike maker TVS is launching its new bike.

Now the company is launching a new variant of the 125cc sporty commuter bike TVS Raider 125. The special feature of this variant is that it will be offered through the company's MOTOVERSE platform.

The Connected Raider 125 will be the top-end variant of the bike with some first-in-class features.

This bike of the company will get a 5-inch TFT console, which is usually seen in expensive motorcycles. It will also have Bluetooth connectivity, which offers turn-by-turn navigation, call alerts, message notifications and music control.

Let us also tell you that the current models are also not less in terms of features. Features like two riding modes (Eco and Power), mileage indicator, and low battery and service reminder are provided in the current variant.

The bike looks sporty in appearance. It gets robot-style headlamps, a sculpted fuel tank with sharp extensions and a sleek tail section.

The motorcycle is powered by a 124.8cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, three-valve engine, which is mated to a five-speed gearbox. This engine produces 11.2bhp at 7,500rpm and 11.2Nm of peak torque at 6,000rpm.

This includes 17-inch alloy wheels, telescopic forks, monoshock, petal-type disc up front and drum brakes at the rear. With a 10-litre fuel tank, the bike weighs 123kg.

The current disc brake variant of TVS Raider 125 is priced at Rs 93,489 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and the connected variant is definitely going to be a bit pricey.
