PM-Yojana - Government is giving free solar pumps, do this work quickly

Newz Fast, New Delhi: Now farmers will not have to burn expensive diesel to irrigate their fields. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthan Maha Abhiyan (PM-KUSUM), the central and Haryana governments will provide solar water pumps to the farmers of the state on first come first serve basis.
Applications for these solar pumps, which will be available on 75 percent subsidy (Solar Water Pump Subsidy), will start from December 20. 3 HP to 10 HP to the farmers. Capacity solar water pumps will be given. Haryana government has withdrawn applications for the third time in the year 2022.
According to the press statement issued by the government, this time 5614 solar water pumps will be given to farmers in the state. Applications will start on the Saral Haryana Portal at 11 am on December 20. After applying online, the farmers will have to get the fees validated by depositing the due amount. The application will be considered confirmed only after the fees are validated.
These farmers can fill the form
The benefit of this scheme can be availed only by those farmers who do not have the connection of electric pump, the farmer has the ownership of agricultural land and the farmer has not taken the connection of solar pump earlier.
Only those farmers whose land comes in the dark zone will be able to take advantage of this scheme, who will give an affidavit of using micro irrigation system like drip irrigation system or sprinkler irrigation system.
3 to 10 HP pumps will be available
Under the PM Kusum Yojana, farmers will be given solar pumps of 3 HP to 10 HP capacity. To buy 3 HP DC monoblock pump, the farmer will have to deposit Rs 45,075.
The farmer will have to pay Rs 46658 for 3 HP submersible normal controller pump. The farmer will have to deposit Rs 91894 for 7.5 HP DC monoblock pump, Rs 92007 for 7.5 HP DC submersible normal controller pump and Rs 115507 for 10 HP DC mono block pump.
These documents will be needed
To apply online, the farmer will have to provide some documents. These include family identity card, land fard, bank account and Aadhaar card. Applications will be online only and forms will be filled from Common Service Center only.
