Newly wed committed suicide by hanging, married five months ago, police engaged in investigation

Newz Fast, New Delhi: A newly married woman committed suicide by hanging due to unknown reasons in Patel Colony under Kotwali police station at around 1 pm on Friday. The family informed the police about this.

The police reached the spot, brought down the dead body from the noose and sent it to the district hospital for postmortem. Police have not found any suicide note from the room.

Giving information, the police said that the 22-year-old wife of Prem Chandra Narwaria alias Amit, a resident of Ramnagar Colony, committed suicide by hanging herself in her bedroom. Both were married about five months ago on May 12.

At the time of the incident, the husband had gone to his fertilizer seed shop on Unav Road. When Sapna did not come out of her room for a long time, mother-in-law Sorai went and saw but Sapna did not open the door. On this he informed his son, when Amit peeped through the bedroom window, the matter came to light.

Hearing the hustle and bustle, the people around informed the police about the matter. Police station in-charge Vijay Tomar told that Sapna's body has been taken in possession and sent for postmortem. Simultaneously, the police has started to find out the reasons.
