Newz Fast, New Delhi: If you drive a car or bike then you have to follow the traffic rules but if you violate these rules then you have to pay challan.
For this, traffic cameras and policemen have been deployed at various places. These days e-invoices have started deducting.
These challans are called electronic challans, which are deducted online. Sometimes the driver is not even aware that any of his challan has been cut.
