Newz Fast, New Delhi: The prices of gold and silver continue to fluctuate during the festive season. A mixed trend of gold and silver prices was seen in the Multi Commodity Exchange and the bullion market.

However, gold prices are likely to rise on Dhanteras. If you are planning to buy gold then this is a golden opportunity to buy first. In the past, gold prices had fallen from record levels to a 7-month low.

Gold rate also fell on MCX

On the Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX), the rate of gold futures is trading higher by Rs 251 at Rs 50511 per 10 grams on Monday.
At the same time, silver rose by Rs 684 to Rs 55910 per kg. Earlier in the session, gold closed at 50260 and silver at Rs 55226.

Bullion market rate came down

According to the price released by the India Bullion Association (https://ibjarates.com) on Monday, the rate of 24 carat gold saw a fall of Rs 123 and it reached Rs 50315 per 10 grams.

At the same time, 999 touch silver fell to Rs 55452 per kg. On Monday, the rate of 23 carat gold reached Rs 50114 per 10 grams, 22 carat Rs 46089 per 10 grams and 18 carat Rs 37736 per 10 grams.
