Explain that this expressway will be 1350 km long. This expressway will serve to connect Delhi with Jawaharlal Nehru Port in Navi Mumbai.
Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is an ambitious project of the government which is a big step towards creating better infrastructure in the country. Due to this project, better opportunities will be created in the field of real estate development, infrastructure, agriculture and industrial manufacturing and the schemes related to these will get a boost.
After the commissioning of this project, 50% of the traffic going from Delhi to South will be diverted. This expressway is one of the largest roadways projects in the world and 80 million tonnes of cement and 10 million tonnes of steel are involved in its construction.
The expressway will encourage systematic investment in business parks, logistics parks and townships in many cities. At the same time, special attention will be given to develop textile, textile, chemical and agro-industries in the surrounding area.
Logistics projects will be developed on a large scale to boost trade and exports. The Delhi-Mumbai Expressway will boost the growth of the Indian real estate sector. Because the demand will increase with the development of housing projects, townships, warehouses and commercial properties.

This huge expressway will pass through many cities like Gurugram, Alwar, Kota, Ratlam, Neemuch, Vadodara. From here other big cities like Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Indore etc. will not be too far away.
However, demand for property has already picked up in some areas. This includes cities like Sohna and Faridabad in Haryana.
As soon as this project is completed, investment in property and townships in new cities will accelerate. Meanwhile, commercial and manufacturing activity has started in these areas.
The project has been developed by the National Highway Authority of India. At the same time, the Government of India is providing institutional support on this expressway to limit the adverse impact on the environment and promote clean energy.
About 10 lakh trees will be planted on the highway in this project. The lighting on the expressway will be run with the help of solar energy. There will also be a separate intersection for wildlife.
