Actually, Uttar Pradesh Board Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPBRPB) is expected to release notification for UP Police Constable Recruitment 2022 soon.
Under this recruitment drive, 26,210 posts of constable lying vacant will be filled. In such a situation, the youth is going to have a great opportunity to get a government job.
Actually, earlier it was estimated that the recruitment process will start by the end of August, but the notification for this was not issued yet.
It is worth noting here that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recently asked officials to fill up over 40,000 vacant posts in the police department by December 2023.

What will be the eligibility criteria?
The last recruitment for the post of constable in Uttar Pradesh was done in 2018. In such a situation, it is being expected that the number of candidates applying is going to be very high.
Candidates in the age group of 18 to 22 years who have passed 12th will be given a chance to apply for the post of constable. To apply for the post of constable, they have to visit the official website.
However, this is only an expected eligibility criterion. The picture will be completely clear once the notification is released.
20 lakh candidates can apply
Due to the high chances of bumper recruitment this year, the competition is also likely to be very tough. According to reports, 20 lakh candidates are expected to apply this year.
If this is understood through statistics, then for every vacant post, about 76 candidates are going to be in the fray. Objective type questions will be asked in the exam for the post of constable.
The answers will have to be filled in an OMR sheet. The exam will be conducted in offline mode. The exam will be conducted under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.
