Bank Holidays: On Diwali, RBI released the list of bank holidays, check before going to the branch

Newz Fast, New Delhi: There are many big festivals in the month of October. In such a situation, if you have to do any work related to the bank, then settle it soon. There are only 14 days left in the month of October and banks are going to be closed for 9 days.
That is, banks will be open only for 5 days in this month. On a big festival like Diwali, you can get money related work, so you should make arrangements in advance.
RBI issues list
The list of bank holidays is issued by the Reserve Bank of India, in which information about bank holidays of all cities is given.
RBI releases the list of bank holidays at the beginning of the year, so that customers and employees do not face any kind of problem.

>> 18 October – Kati Bihu (Holiday in Guwahati)
>> 22nd October – Fourth Saturday
>> 23 October – Sunday
>> 24 October – Kali Puja/Diwali/Narak Chaturdashi) (holiday all over the country except Gangtok, Hyderabad and Imphal)
>> 25 October – Lakshmi Puja/Diwali/Govardhan Puja (holiday in Gangtok, Hyderabad, Imphal and Jaipur)
>> 26 October – Govardhan Puja/Vikram Samvat New Year Day/Bhai Dooj/Diwali (Bali Pratipada)/Lakshmi Puja/Entrance Day (Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bengaluru, Dehradun, Gagtak, Jammu, Kanpur, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Shimla , there will be a holiday in Srinagar
>> 27 October – Bhai Dooj / Chitragupta Jayanti / Laxmi Puja / Deepawali / Ningol Chakkuba (Holiday in Gangtok, Imphal, Kanpur, Lucknow)
>> 30 October – Sunday
>> 31st October – Birthday of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel / Surya Shashthi Dala Chhath (Morning Arghya) / Chhath Puja (Holiday in Ahmedabad, Ranchi and Patna)
